When BAOBAB was born, for every swimsuit sold we planted a tree on behalf of the customer. Every collection had a special tree planting program together with the help of certified foundations who work with local communities. 

We planted 8.000 trees around Colombia in places like Magdalena, Bolívar, La Guajira y el Meta.

Since our SS'21 collection, we are working along Corales de Paz Organization to restore coral reefs in San Andrés, Colombia. 

We believe in second chances, thus, we made an alliance with Fundación Acción Interna to work with ex-convicts who manufacture pieces from the fabric scraps left when cutting. The tags created for this collaboration are made with pineapple crown and recycled paper by @JakuPapel
