Pre-order refers to purchasing an item that is not currently available for immediate shipping but is in the process of being crafted. Orders placed as pre-orders are estimated to be delivered within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
If you have placed an order with a mix of pre-order and available items, the complete order will be dispatched once the pre-order item becomes available.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery. If you have an account with Baobab, you can log in to your account to track all your orders.

Once your order is confirmed, it is not possible to make changes before delivery. Our warehouse processes orders promptly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
You have the option to cancel within 1 business hour after making the payment. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at hola@baobab.com.co with the subject "ORDER CANCELLATION during our office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if you have already received an email confirmation stating that your order has been shipped.

Our standard order processing time is 2-3 business days, which includes verifying availability and conducting credit verification. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within an estimated timeframe of 5-6 business days from the shipping date.Â

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.Â

Please note return labels are $25 for U.S. and $35 for the Rest of the World.
We accept returns on all our pieces within 15-days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging with tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
